Bless us, O’Lord, and these Thy gifts
Which of Thy bounty we now receive,
Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

May the souls of all who have died
For lack of food,
For eating the wrong food,
Or for being turned into food,
Be sustained in your merciful presence,
And may all the redeemed know joy
In Your peace and perpetual light.
